Hi! My name is Jamie Bigbee and this is my second year at Bixby. I originally came to Bixby as a summer camp counselor in ’23 but transitioned into the aftercare team.
After graduating from CU Boulder in ’24 with a Bachelor’s in Sociology, I was hired as a professional classroom “floater” and on-call substitute.
My “typical” day ranges from being in the Preschool, subbing in any elementary classroom, providing extra eyes and coverage for our teachers, and doing administrative work when needed. I am also on the student support team making sure that our students are safe and happy!
