Movement – Animal Spirit Yoga

Discover your inner animal and bring it to life as you explore the many forms that live within you. Through breath work and focused movement, we find the inner strength that guides us to be as still as the stalking cougar, jump as high as a red kangaroo and slither like a snake.
Kasey Schelling, an experienced yoga practitioner, will lead us to a deeper self-awareness.
