Can it be taught, improved, measured, and defined? Creativity is a focus at Bixby so these questions occupy my thoughts often. This recent article offers various perspectives on these questions. Much of what I read resonated with me and the way we approach learning at Bixby. The powerful role of open-ended problems and opportunities to practice building “creative confidence” felt particularly relevant.
