PAYMENTS, DISCOUNTS, AND REFUNDS
SPECIAL CLASSES, ACTIVITIES, AND FIELD TRIPS
All activities, field trips, and special guests are included in the weekly rate and DO NOT require additional registration.
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
There is no registration fee to enroll in Bixby Summer Camp programs. All deposits, however, are non-refundable. If canceled by April 30th, you will receive a 50% refund of the total registration minus the deposit.

Payment, by check or cash, for Bixby Summer Camp is due on the 1st of each month your child will attend. Automatic payment will happen on the morning of the 1st for each month with whatever payment method entered upon registration.
In the event that you need to request a partial or full refund, you must submit your request in writing, cite your reason, and submit it to the Summer Camp Director.
TRANSFER POLICY
Please inform the Director by email of any transfers you would like to make from one week to another by April 30th. Decision by director is final.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts listed below are valid for dates listed. Loss of discounts may apply if the schedule is changed.
Early Bird Discount – Valid until March 31, 2019 at 11:59pm MST. The Early Bird Discount is 10% off each camp session and will be automatically applied when you complete your registration during the Early Bird registration period. Any changes made to a camper’s schedule after March 31, 2019 will result in loss of the Early Bird Discount.
5% sibling discount – Valid for the entire registration period for Bixby Summer Camp. Discount will be applied automatically when two or more siblings are registered under the same account.
PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF POLICIES
DROP OFF AND PICK UP HOURS
Camp Day Campers may be dropped off for the camp day between 8:45am-9:00am and picked up between 3:00pm-3:10pm
Extended Day Campers may be dropped off no earlier than 7:15am and picked up no later than 5:45pm.
EARLY DROP OFFS/LATE PICK UPS
For camp day drop offs before 8:45am, camp day pick-ups after 3:10pm, extended day drop off before 7:15am, and extended day pick-ups after 5:45pm, a flat rate charge of $15 will be billed.
CAMPER ABSENCES AND NOTIFICATION OF AUTHORIZED PICK UP PERSONNEL
CAMPER ABSENCES
Parents and guardians must notify the Summer Camp Director via e-mail or phone call if a child will be absent. The Summer Camp Office will call parents if a child is missing and has no prior notification.
AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL PICK-UP
Only authorized pick up personnel may pick up a child from camp. If there is a change in pick-up, there must be a written notice including the date and name of the person who will be picking up the camper. All new pick up personnel must show a valid form of ID to staff.
